ALL costumes/accessories are New. New with Tags, New without tags, and New In Package. Most costumes come in a clear plastic costume bag, but some are on hangers. In most cases you will get either of them shipped in your package, but we do reserve the right to not send the costume bag or hanger, if it makes the weight over 1 lb.. If you want to use Priority Mail, please eMail us and we can add that option to the listing.
SHIPPING:
All Shipping is Standard Mail. If you need faster shipping, please contact us as we can do Priority Mail for any item.
RETURNS:
We do accept returns on Halloween Costumes only.
Wigs and Make-Up cannot be returned due to health regulations.
Stockings, Tights, Thigh His, and Socks cannot be returned unless the package has been unopened and not tried on. Stockings stretch once you put them on and we cannot resell them.
